Good team building isn't a fantasy.

There are a few big problem with most team building exercises.

  • Typical team building can feel awkward, forced, and uncomfortable for participants.

  • Most team building doesn't help shy people open up, and or help thespians learn to yield for their team members.

  • Seldom are team building exercises truly memorable and fun.

  • Conventional team building in a remote-work environment is almost impossible.

How do we fix it?

Turn your team into heroes! Dungeons & Dragons (and other tabletop role playing games like it) can help your team members become heroes in their own epic quest!

  • Teams must work together to slay monsters and get treasure!

  • Players help tell a story while learning about each other and how they solve problems!

  • All of this can be done remotely with the help of virtual tabletop software!

Sounds Great! But, you need a Dungeon Master!

The epic story your team members will tell can only be as good as your Dungeon Master. While it's entirely possible for an inexperienced player to take the combined roles of referee, narrator, and game designer, hiring a Dungeon Master makes the whole experience way more enjoyable and exciting for your team. As your Dungeon Master, I will:

  • Teach everyone the simple start-up rules.

  • Guide the players through their very own epic quest.

  • Provide tough problems for players to solve with their surprising solutions.

  • Make sure everyone gets to contribute to their story.

Ready to fight some dragons?

Choose an adventure package below! Each takes roughly 2-4 hours to play.

Goblins are Kidnappers!

This story is recommended for players who have absolutely no experience with role playing games! Teams will create their own plucky band of adventurers and help a blacksmith find what happened to his kidnapped daughter. This game uses the rule set Knave written by Ben Milton.

A Most Potent Brew...

Recommended for teams who have rolled some dice and cracked goblin skulls before! A gnome's brewery has recently become infested with rats, but the rats might be the least of his concern. This game uses 5th ed. Dungeons & Dragons, produced by Wizards of the Coast.

The Haunting of Y-14

Rather tell a sci-fi story? The Haunting of Ypsilon-14 will scratch their itch! This science fiction horror story has the same vibes of Alien and the Thing. Players will need to discover what went wrong on an asteroid mine. This game uses Mothership produced by Teusday Knight Games.

What's Next!?

Do you have a package which interests you and your team? Here are a few things to consider:

  • These games are best played with 3-5 players, excluding the Dungeon Master. Certain Rule sets make it easier or harder to play with certain group sizes, but playing with more than eight players is not recommended. It would be best to split the team into different sessions.

  • The packages above are designed to be played in one session, but a truly epic quest can be designed for your team that can take weeks, or even months to play through. These custom game stories can be great fun. Feel free to mention this if interested!
